At Unfold, our packaging is more than what it looks like. It not only protects our formulas but also preserves quality and reflects our responsibility. We aim to balance playful design with more sustainable material choices, helping to reduce unnecessary impacts wherever possible.

Our approach....
We design our packaging to reduce excess while maintaining durability and safety.
Outer cartons are designed to be 100% recyclable in most standard recycling systems.
We aim for packaging that is 75-85% recyclable by weight, depending on the product.
Box sizes are carefully measured to reduce space and material waste.
We avoid unnecessary layered wrapping.
Sustainability is a process, and we continuously review materials and suppliers to improve our environmental impact over time.
Materials we use
Recyclable paper and card
Used for 100% of our outer packaging. All paper materials are designed to be recyclable and sourced from responsibly managed forests wherever possible.
Glass
Selected products use glass packaging, which is recyclable and durable.
Recyclable plastics
When plastic is necessary for products, we prioritise recyclable options.
Refillible options
We aim for at least 30% of our products to be refillable, helping to reduce our total waste.
Designed to feel good
While Unfold may reflect our pastel, sweet-inspired aesthetic. We try to intentionally limit decorative elements that may create unnecessary waste. We tend to focus on:
Minimal outer packaging.
Reduced ink coverage on packaging and designs when possible.
Lightweight packaging to limit material use.
